Where is My Withdrawal?

Congratulations on your royalties! At Anti-Joy, we collect royalties for sales and streams in the services we distribute to and pass 100% of those earnings on to you, minus banking fees, applicable taxes, cover licenses, and other such charges. But you may be wondering how you can receive your royalties.

To withdraw your royalties, simply sign into your Anti-Joy account, click on the "Wallet" tab, and select "Withdraw." You will be prompted to verify your identity and add/update your payout details. Once you have completed this step, click "Withdraw," and the entire amount owed to you will be paid out.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the funds to be processed and sent to your payout method, depending on the method you have selected. To check the status of your withdrawal, simply go to your "Wallet" and click on "Withdraw." You will also receive an email notification from our payment processor, Trolley, regarding the withdrawal to the contact email you provided when adding your payment method.

If you have completed the withdrawal process but have not received your earnings after 14 days, please check with your bank to confirm that they have received the funds. If your payment was rejected and returned by your bank, you will receive an email notifying you of the rejection. The payment will then be returned to your Anti-Joy wallet (minus fees) in a few weeks, at which point you can request a withdrawal again.
